Hetauras After much waiting and anticipation, we have finally downed our first boss in Sunwell!
After farming Black Temple and Hyjal for a couple weeks due to downing Illidan and Archimonde right around the time 2.4 went live, we recently decided it was necessary to begin to devote time to progression. The first few nights of attempts went far better than any of us had expected them to, and it didn’t take us very long to realize that this fight was well within our reach. Slowly but surely we reworked our strategy, swapped out players, and kept our chins up as Kalecgos continued to stomp us into the ground.
Finally, after a few sub 10% wipes, we ran in with a gleam in our eyes that can only be brought about by the aroma of fresh purples. After sacrificing Bumtank to the gods, we banished Kalecgos, and stole his loots. (Video)
